Von 1995 bis 2005 war er im zweiten Hauptamt Richter am Schleswig-Holsteinischen Oberlandesgericht.   <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Kuratorium<\/strong><br>Prof. Dr. Reinhard Bork (Uni Hamburg)<br>Dr. Florian Jotzo (Kiel)<br>Dr. Christian Weiser (Eppstein)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die  rechtsf\u00e4hige Stiftung des privaten Rechts wird durch ihren Vorstand  vertreten. Dies ist derzeit der Stifter Prof. Dr. Haimo Schack.
